This Privacy Policy describes how 14820525 Canada Inc., operating as Foundry Systems ("Foundry Systems", "we", "us"), collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit foundry-systems.com (the "Site") or contact us. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver services, maintain the security of the Site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting and email providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it, or where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
